Yep, watching Senators McConnell, Reid, Gregg and Dodd congratulate each other last night for passing the Rescue-Plan-With-Much-Needed-Tax-Cuts-For-Business made me proud, proud that we have a bunch of rich, bloviating, pasty-white, flabby narcissists falling all over themselves honoring each other for their great political courage, the courage they showed passing a bill that barely staves off a total imminent economic conflagration for a short while, while caving into the crass extortion from the far-right nutballs in the House. Boy--these 4 egomaniacal tubs of lard really make me proud to be an American! They should have their own Mt. Rushmore. Perhaps -- after the revolution -- we can build them one in D-Block at San Quentin.
